Warranty Policy (2-Year LED Light Guarantee)
At Signage Wave, we take pride in our work. We are one of the few companies in Bangladesh to offer a dedicated 2-Year LED Light Guarantee for every signboard we produce.
What is Covered?
LED Failure: If your LED modules dim significantly or stop glowing within 2 years of the installation date.
Power Supply (Adapter): We cover the failure of the internal power converters/adapters used to light the sign.
What is NOT Covered?
Physical Damage: Cracks or breaks in the Acrylic or SS frame caused by accidents, storms, or external impact.
Electrical Surges: Damage caused by unstable high-voltage power lines or lightning strikes (we recommend using a voltage stabilizer).
Third-Party Repairs: The warranty is void if any technician not authorized by Signage Wave attempts to repair or modify the internal wiring.

Verification: Provide your original invoice or order number.
Service: For clients in Dhaka, our team will response within 48–72 hours. For clients in other districts, we will coordinate the fastest possible service through our regional skilled team members.
