Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Signage Wave. By placing an order for our signage and branding services, you agree to the following terms. These ensure a smooth process from design to installation across all 8 divisions of Bangladesh.
1. Ordering and Design Approval
Design Finalization: Once a design for your 3D Acrylic or Bata Model signboard is approved via email, WhatsApp, or in person, any further changes may incur additional costs.
Accuracy: It is the client’s responsibility to check spelling, colors, and dimensions during the design phase.
2. Payment Terms
Advance Payment: A standard 60% advance is required to begin the manufacturing process.
Final Payment: The remaining 40% balance must be cleared immediately upon successful installation or delivery.
3. Production and Delivery Timeline
Standard production takes 5–7 working days after design approval.
For districts outside of Dhaka (such as Khulna, Rajshahi, or Chittagong), delivery times may vary based on transport logistics.
4. Installation and Site Access
Clients must provide safe access to the installation site and a stable power source (AC 220V) for LED testing.
Any government or building permits required for the signboard are the sole responsibility of the client.
5. Force Majeure
Signage Wave is not liable for delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, or political unrest that may affect our nationwide supply chain.
